Our mission is to empower women — especially those in midlife transitions, empty nesters, or anyone navigating a rough patch — to reconnect with what matters most so they can design a life that feels vibrant, intentional, and authentic. Through uplifting products, transformative courses, and innovative tools like the Thrive Tracker mobile app, we bring connection and clarity to life’s next chapter — proving that connecting truly changes everything.
My Story
After building a meaningful and accomplished career in the corporate world, including leading high-performing teams at a Fortune 50 company, I had the honor of working alongside some of the most driven and talented people I’ve ever known. It was a chapter filled with growth, achievement, and connection.
And yet, beneath it all, there was a quiet pull for something more. Success on paper did not fully translate to fulfillment in my life. I began asking myself deeper questions. What do I truly want now? What would it look like to feel fully aligned?
At a pivotal point, I chose fulfillment over familiarity. Everything began to shift.
I dove into deep reflection about what would genuinely bring me joy. I started volunteering more, drawn to the real connections and meaningful impact it offered. I dedicated my free time to learning new skills and exploring creative pursuits that reignited my love of learning.
I realized these weren't just hobbies. They were the start of a new chapter built around purpose, authenticity, and service.
That journey inspired me to become a certified life coach. Today, I’m dedicated to guiding people to reconnect with what lights them up, align their lives with what truly matters, and write a new, fulfilling story for themselves.
That mission led me to create Thriving After 50! Design a Life of Passion and Purpose—a transformational course and The Awakening Intensive coaching program. These programs aren't about retirement; they're about discovering what’s next with joy, clarity, and confidence.

In early 2024, I became certified through Transformation Academy, stepping into life coaching with an open heart and deep curiosity. I was exploring not only the tools and techniques of coaching, but also my own passions—testing, learning, and discovering just how transformative it can be when someone feels truly seen, supported, and encouraged to reach for more.
By August 2025, I knew without a doubt that coaching was part of my life’s purpose. Earning my certification through the Universal Coaching Institute refined my skills and strengthened my ability to guide others with clarity and compassion. Now, I coach from a place of both experience and conviction, helping people uncover their passions, embrace their purpose, and design a future that excites and fulfills them.
